Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- We cannot accept returns on G-strings and bodysuits for hygiene reasons
- Special sale items may be final sale (will be marked as such)
Important Note About Hygiene
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on certain items for hygiene reasons. This includes all G-strings and body suits/blonde body suits. Please choose these items carefully.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return request
- Complete the return form (see template below) and include it with your return
- Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Clearly indicate on your return form the item you’d like to exchange for (including size/color)
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
